Rolled Turkish delight recipe?

Hi all, first post here, pastry student!
Earlier today at a market, I tried some amazing Turkish delight, not in squares and rolled in sugar, but rolls of chewy delight layered with mallow and toasted coconut!
What is this, and most importantly - how do I make it? smile.gif
Thanks!

Would it also be known as Rahat Lokoum (sp?)???  See here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_delight
