Hello from mid-MO!

I've looked through the Chef Talk site numerous times over the past couple of years and figured it was time to quit lurking and start contributing!

 

I'm an avid home chef who thought about starting a mobile food business, but got cold feet. So instead of starting a cooking business, I am starting a shared-use commercial kitchen rental business in Columbia, Mo. Just waiting on the business license.

Aloha, welcome linda to Chef Talk.

WOW!  How exciting, a new business can be a bit scary... AND you're a former lurker here at CT?

I'm sure that you know the lay of the land, us folkd who are not employed in the food industries are asked to read only in the Pro forums... blah blah blah ... but really, if you have questions you can post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum in regards to the website itself.

Did you know that cheftalk.com is also on Face Book and Pinterest?  Good stuff!

We're all about sharing and participation in anything FOOD!!!  My favorite topic, even though no one else I know thinks so, HA!:lol:
