A quick hello to all!

Hey guys,

Just introducing myself to all of you! My name is Jurgen. I'm a 26 year young chef from Belgium. At age 21 I moved to London and at the moment I'm working as Executive pastry chef for Oblix@the shard. I'm looking forward getting to know this whole community where we can share our knowledge with each other.

So glad you found all us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks such as myself can only read in the Pro section.  Should you have questions in regards to the site, take a look in the FAQ and Community Guidelines or just give a shout out in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is very helpful, respectful and eager to share their knowledge about anything related to food.
