Hey Guys, so i am from England and came to Toronto last April where i picked up a job in a restaurant as a busser. Over the last year and a half i started prepping for the kitchen and then developed more skills to the point where i can now work certain services on line. My current visa is up in May and would desperately like to continue working and learning in the restaurant i am in, as does the head chef/owner of the restaurant.
Does anybody know the procedure for continuing? I am led to believe that i would have to continue via an apprenticeship.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
