Aloha, welcome to Chef Talk, so glad that you found all 50,000 of us!  

CT has been around for over 13 years, comprised of everything folk like yourself all the way to CCI.

You never know where in the world another member is, me, I'm in Arizona, a transplant from Hawaii, I know, go figure.

Talking about forums, the Professional forums are read only for those not employed in the food industries, but it is an interesting read all the same.

What types of foods do you prepare?  Do you take photos of your creations?  I never took pictures of food prior to joining Chef Talk, now I can't stop and even have my family and friends taking snaps of your they eat around the globe.

I hope that you will visit often and participate too, once again, welcome.
