Hi all,

I had a delicious dinner in a restaurant a few weeks ago, I'm desperate to recreate the dish (as best I can!) as we live a long way away, so no chance of a return visit.

Essentially, it was cod poached in a saffron & leek broth with some beans.

I've had a go. The cod was nice, the leeks & beans were alright, but it was all a bit bland. The stock seemed very watery and boring. Am I doing it right? Any advice greatly appreciated!
