i have to move food in hotboxes across ruff spots. i currently use sheet pans to keep it seperated but it gets pretty ruffed up sometimes was wonder if any1 knows better technique

What kinda food? If you have the vertical room, duct tape another sheet pan, inverted, on top of the food pan.

An elephant could walk on it and food would still be okay. I always wanted to put it to that test, but never could

find a willing elephant.

 

Hey CHEFLAYNE, got any pitchurs of elephants stepping on sheet pans?? :bounce:
