I just got a pacojet, if anyone has any past experience with one, and would share any recipes &/or tips and tricks to get the best use of the machine, I would appreciate it.
Their web site is a great resource for a starter. The Chef on the site has answered many questions for me in regards to items I was designing.
Their book that comes with the machine is also a great asset. If you do not have it PM me and I can send it to you.
What are you going to be using it for and I might be able to point you in a better direction.
