Hello All

 

  Well I guess this is where I introduce myself.  My name is Bryan.  I have an AAS in Baking & Pastry and a BS in Food Marketing, both from Johnson & Wales University (Providence, RI campus; '97, '98).  I am currently a baker for Schnucks Markets as well as an instructor at The Art Institute of St. Louis.  I am teaching a restaurant management course and Introduction to Baking and Pastry.  I have been in the food service for over 20 years.  Hello again and I hope to have the time to participate as much as I would like in the discussions.  Thank you.

So glad you found all of us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks such as myself can only read in the Pro section.  Should you have questions in regards to the site, feel free to post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is very helpful and respectful.

I hope to see some of your work in the Galleries soon.
