Well I guess this is where I introduce myself. My name is Bryan. I have an AAS in Baking & Pastry and a BS in Food Marketing, both from Johnson & Wales University (Providence, RI campus; '97, '98). I am currently a baker for Schnucks Markets as well as an instructor at The Art Institute of St. Louis. I am teaching a restaurant management course and Introduction to Baking and Pastry.
