I'm Bubbysoo. I just stumbled across ChefTalk and am delighted to be here.  I'm a former caterer and cooking instructor and inveterate foodie. I'm a free-lance food writer. I write food columns for a couple of newspapers, have written two cookbooks and do recipe testing. I live in Israel.

I hope that you will share some of your knowledge in the Culinary Student forums, I’d be willing to beat that you have a lot to offer those kids.
