Hello. My name is Jason Merchant. I'm from Baltimore and still living there. I'm currently starting a chef-to-order business and I want to learn as much as possible. I have worked in a variety of restaurants here in Baltimore from sushi bars to tapas bars as well as restaurants specializing in local seafood and quaint corner bistros. I have a deep love for cooking and food. I have worked for many people and now is the time to do it for myself.
