Hi folks, My name is Bill Baker, I this is the first forum I have ever joined and it's really inspiring to see so many members chatting it up about the biz. I am a 19 year vet and a sous chef in a very high volume, high end restaurant in Georgia.

Isn’t this place amazing?  I found CT a little more than two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in a new food business.
