Hello from the Southern Hemisphere...

Had an enjoyable evening cooking some goose according to a thread that was started here back in 2000 (!!) and have signed up ourselves! We eat pretty much anything (except brains - which I was fed as a child - under the pseudonym 'sweet breads' - neither sweet nor bread-like - not impressed) and are willing to give cooking anything a go (except brains - obviously). Looking forward to enjoying a day at the beach this Christmas - only 3 more sleeps till Santa pays us a visit - we leave him some watermelon and a chilly bag with a couple of cool cans of coconut water in it on this side of the world - its hot work racing all over the country!
