Hello

Thread Starter

Hi I am a beginner cook. I have been cooking "out of a box" for 20 some years and trying to learn on my own how to cook using different spices and ingredients. I am in no way a good cook. My food has been edible but not great. I want to improve that. I am not looking to become professional just better.

I look forward to reading some of the posts on this forum. Hopefully it will help me improve.

Thank you

A note about forums, the Pro section, folks not employed in the food industries are asked to read only there, but it is very interesting to peek in on what they're talking about.
