Hello! I have been working in the kitchen of a nice, busy pub here in San Diego for about 6 months now. This is my first kitchen job and I love it. In the past couple months, I've been given opportunities to really put in work and move up through the rankings--Believe me, though, I understand that I am merely paying my dues and I probably haven't even scratched the surface.
I joined this forum to get schooled. I have so many questions, from techniques and recipes, to what to cook for a girl I'm trying to impress. I look forward to picking your brains!
