beef heart

i like heart slaped in flour..then fried in olive oil and served..if you got to use so many diff spices to cook or eat something..then why eat it

I've taken to marinating mine in a ginger/garlic/cilantro combo and then serving it in butter lettuce leaves with carrots and cabbage sliced very thin and tossed with some rice vinegar - super easy and damn tasty.

It's good on the grill too, but I find it really shines in chili or other type of ragout.

Saw a post where a guy was seasoning it then a flour dredge then frying it. Cut up in little cubes. He serves it as an appetizer.
