Two months ago I opened a fish market. The market has a nice kitchen so I started cooking fish sandwiches and making dinner plates. But now people are asking me to cook snow crab legs. I pay 7.25 a pound AP, what should I charge to cook them?

IF you're making a decent MU on the product you may want to offer it free as a service or for a nominal fee 1/lb etc.
If you're including drawn butter and utensils you're basically making a meal to go, might as well include a potato, some slaw and charge for a dinner, up sell them!
There is a fish monger in Ft. Lauderdale that has been doing that with great success. They also have "tasted" products for customers for a fee, which again I thought was a great idea.
