Shoes

Thread Starter
I have tried every typical chef shoe known to man. 5 styles of Birkenstocks, 4 different dansko, Sanita, Keen, etc..... I have been looking at two specific shoes but can not find many reviews on them. Looking for some feedback on bragard Josiah shoe and sika flex closed back clog. Does anyone have any experience with either of these styles? Thanks

The bragards crack along the bottom in like six months. They're comfy and smaller than birks though

I wore a Red Wing work boot for years, all leather, very durable had them resoled a couple of times.

Red Wing makes a men's kitchen shoe, non-slip, oil and water resistant.  I spray mine with the Red Wing silicone to give them an extra water-proofing layer.  They last me about a yr and a half, but I've never gotten a pair re-soled.  They take a month to break in, but the support and comfort is top-notch.  I put Dr. Scholl's in mine after the first year, but I run them pretty hard.  You might get 3 yrs out of a pair if you're not running around all the time.

Sorry, I can't help you out as I haven't tried either one.
