Calling out to anyone who has attended pastry arts training at the following schools:
1. Ferrandi - International Program in French Pastry
2. ENSP - International Program in French Pastry Arts
I have decided to take a year off in 2015 and enroll in course for pastry arts in France. If you have some time to spare, i would love to read about your learning experience at any one of these schools mentioned above.
I'm looking for a comprehensive program that offers French lessons as part of their training curriculum and small class size with a good amount of time given to hands on practice.
If you do have any other recommendations besides ENSP and Ferrandi, please feel free to share!
