Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette's are one of my favorite category of dressings that's why i open this thread.
I have many.vinaigrette with herbs,vinaigrette strawberry,vinaigrette ginger etc
Write your vinaigrette recipes

I don't really have a recipe... usually make whatever I have handy and sounds good. Onion, garlic, pepper, mustard, herbs... really depends on what I am hungry for and I mix just what I need for that salad

Oil & vinegar (3:1, approximately ), choice of oil and vinegar depend on desired application, as do any garnishes

i know the basic recipe but i want to see some change of the basic recipe like :

Vinaigrette Melon

blend 1 medium melon 

250ml white balsamic vinegar

5tbls moustard mild

3tbls honey

3tbls sweet chilli

250ml midori (liquer of melon)

350ml sunflower oil

 

and i have work many of these recipe's :P

"Mimosa" vinaigrette... "Bloody Mary" vinaigrette. I have had great success using these dressings on Sunday brunch menus.

I am currently using a pumpkin seed oil vinegerette and it is going over very well at my place
