Duck breast

Anyone here have any sauce or gravy recommendations to serve with duck breast?

Anything sweet and sour goes excellent with duck breast.  The acidity of the sauce cuts the fat and richness of the duck.  Classic sauces like Bigarade, Ravigote or Porto (Refer to "Le Repertoire") or modern sauce that are blackberry, pomegranate, or cherry based.

Normandy sauce using demi-glaze as a base adding fresh squeezed orange juice and orange zest, add a little brandy.
