Hello! I have been reading the Chef Talk forums for a while and I am not sure why I had never officially joined. My sister and I started a booth at our local farmers market a few years ago. We started out serving prepared Corn Pudding and Black Eyed Peas then quickly added Satsuma Jelly and it grew from there. We have been asked to cater some cocktail parties, dinners, etc. but all fairly small events until recently. I have found a lot of helpful information on this site and hope to be able to participate more fully in the future!
