Hi there guys
just a quick intro.
Chefing was my first job when i left school did it for about 7 yrs,being a young person at the time i eventually gave the proffession up,i started of as a YTS commis then somehow drifted away from the proffesion.
I am currently working in the dreaded call centre enviroment but now many years down the line whish i had really stuck at it,my heart is with cooking and wish i could go back to it but feel it is to late to go back.
I look forward to being an active member and read all about your stories and threads.
