Hi, my name is Elisa.
I love to cook, but since I did a kitchen Reno, my love has increased that much more. I was always baking and kneading from scratch. But now I have a large island for work space and my hubby surprised me with a mixer smile.gif
I have a small garden which I plan on expanding this summer. But since I live near the Amish I am able to get a lot of my stuff fresh and organic . (In sept I canned 30litres of organic homemade spaghetti sauce) it's so rewarding .

A re-no, wow, that can be fun as well as a challenge, been there, done that even got the tee shirt! :lol:

Baking is great therapy, both physical and emotional, something about dough that is so calming.
