Hello all! My name is Aaron, I'm 20 years old and a newbie line cook. I had only 4 months experience because my senior year of high school and my EMT Academy classes took too much time as is. I'm interested in going into any kind of culinary school than right off to bakery/pastry arts as well. I want to own and run my own breakfast diner/bakery in the future.
