Hi my name is Kelly and I found your website through a search for low iron recipe's. I have been diagnosed with haemochromatosis and was reaserching recipe ideas that I can use. I am not a good cook and live on my own so my diet is not very healthy. As I am a nurse I work long and irregular shifts and I am finding it difficult to find time to cook meals that are quick and helpful for my low iron requirements. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
