A Buffalonian Hello

My husband and I are recent transplants to Buffalo, NY and we are falling in love with our new city!  We are both chefs.  I've been stalking this site for years and have now officially joined!  I love all the advice from the fellow food pros that I've read on here.  This place is a wealth of knowledge.  Looking forward to being a part of this great community.

I gotta’ tell you, I too have learned so much here at CT, I just love it! 

You know already how it works around here then, right?  Should you have questions in regards to the site itself, just post them in the Feedback & Suggestion Forum.
