Dare I Ask This Out Loud? Sweat...

...in the food?

How often does this happen?  How can I prevent it?

I am a sweat machine.  I literally have sweated in a t-shirt in snow.

I drips from my brow and my chin.  I am consistently trying to dab my head and chin whilst cooking, but having a towel/paper towel as close to the grill and griddle as I am proves dangerous...they've caught fire before.

Keeping my head back is awkward and, as I wear glasses, when I jerk my head back, I jars my glasses and I have the additional duty of catching them before they fall.

What can I do?

Thx.

Go buy a few extra large cotton hair rags and some of those thick absorbant (and disposable) inserts.

When one gets saturated during shift just replace and toss the soaked one.

Harley makes theirs large enuf for riders with lots of thick "unmanageable" hair (like mine lol).
