...in the food?
How often does this happen? How can I prevent it?
I am a sweat machine. I literally have sweated in a t-shirt in snow.
I drips from my brow and my chin. I am consistently trying to dab my head and chin whilst cooking, but having a towel/paper towel as close to the grill and griddle as I am proves dangerous...they've caught fire before.
Keeping my head back is awkward and, as I wear glasses, when I jerk my head back, I jars my glasses and I have the additional duty of catching them before they fall.
What can I do?
Thx.
