Cooking collard greens in Rational CombiOven

Thread Starter
Has anyone ever cooked collard greens in a Combi oven? We have a rational in our kitchen that we mostly use for steaming green beans as well as steamable bags. Boiling large batches the traditional way would be a challenge for us as we do not have a stove. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if I understood properly your need, but when I looked for combi ovens I found this site and resources about some professional combi ovens, there are some examples and recipes:

I hope it could help!
