Hello all, 2nd semester culinary student here. Just looking to expand on my knowledge of cooking. I've been reading various threads on this site as I've been looking for my first cooking knives and this site has been really helpful with that endeavor so thank you. Hope everyone has a good day.

It's been a great resource to me for a while, just haven't had too questions that weren't already answered on one thread or another, haha.
