Hi Im A Baker in Texas, wanted to get on here to see the reviews on equipment and such, because I am getting ready to build a commercial kitchen.  Nice to meet everyone!

Hi Chloescakes,

I can give you some advice on that.
Which equipment are you actually looking for?Are you just going to serve bakery products?
