Iam a Hotel management graduate from India and a chef .I am looking to sharp my skills more by going into a culinary program chef skills/chef training 1year then followup by Co-op Culinary management second year.....But I am not considering la creme colleges !st because of tight budget and 2nd because i Know well "Best chef are created on ranges in kitchen"...

                                                                              My options are Humber college,g\George brown college in toronto and Niagara college...Please advice which is best considering post employment opportunities , market value and plus i am also considering working part time while my studies so as to gain maximum exposure...Culinary experts/past Culinary students/Professional chefs  Please Advice............Looking forward
