How many of you are interested in teaching culinary in a Educational Institution? I'm not talking about in a college or culinary school, simply a secondary school? This is a career path I hadn't really considered, but working in a cooking school the last month has really made me think how much I love teaching and working with younger clients. As far as my background goes, I'm considering an Associates in Culinary this summer and I already have a B.A. in Journalism-Public Relations.
Any advice is welcome!
