Frozen Pork

Hi all, i have a freezer full of pork and lots of hams left, on the way is a side of beef i need to make room for. I was thinking of making sausages with the extra hams...  can anyone recommend if this is a good idea,

Titan, Italian sausage link and bulk, Polish sausage, breakfast sausage. See my post on making your own salami and Spanish Chorizo..........the best.............Bill

Are the hams cured or fresh?
