Hi guys. I have a question about microbevels for the sharpenning experts, as I want to give it a try.
I know it increases bevel thoughness once it dissipates tensions. Altough, Does it relevantly impacts cutting performance?
It must be used on both sides or can be used on one only, and what is the difference?
Also, what would be the microbevel angle as all my knifes are around 10 - 12º?
