Hello, I'm from Malaysia, and I'm turning 18 this year, I've seen this forums a few times, but I've only joined now as I'm at a crossroad in my life. Nice to meet you guys!
I'm currently not studying at all, I'm waiting for my SPM results (a sorta big end of secondary school examination) coming out in March. I've begin part-timing as a kitchen boy/ kitchen helper in so far a Western diner, and a cafe, just to get a feel of what goes on in the kitchen. I aspire to be a Research Chef or Culinologist, so I hope I can get some help here! :)
Also, may I ask whether the Culinary Students sub-forum is only for Culinary students? Or can non Culinary students like me post in there? Thanks a lot!
