Hey all, first post here (hello). I added too much brown sugar to my curry ketchup and it is a little sweeter than i'd like.
I am considering adding worcestershire sauce. Thoughts? What else would do the trick?
Make another batch with half (or less) the brown sugar and combine the two; or reduce some rice wine vinegar and add it into the batch. If you go with the second idea try it with a small amount of the ketchup first to see if you like the results.
