Good morning, all. I write this from the apartment my fiancee and I share in Astoria, prepping breakfast. I am a foodservice consultant in NYC and am here to check in on some things for my employ around the house as well as trends for work and everything in between. Pittsburgh born, spent 12 years in Hoboken before settling in Astoria with her last year. Diehard Steelers and Knicks fan. Eclectic taste in music, film and food; I do improv and sketch in my freetime.
