Hi all I was looking at the Holland College in Canada and I wanted to ask if it was a good place to go and if I would get a good education there?

Also how does The Holland College compare to Johnson County community college?

I want to study pastry.

@the bakeress Hello,

First off I know nothing about either of these schools but took a quick look online. Both look excellent have you visited the campus? The pastry program at Holland is only $5,800 for a one year and that is pretty darn cheap in today's culinary education costs world. What I would recommend looking at is what are the classes and the class size. If you can get a smaller class then you get more attention from the chef. Let me know which one you choose.

Thanks,
