Good schools in Washington state

moving my family of 4 to Spokane Washington with the intention of getting in to the culinary field. Does anybody have any advice or knowledge of decent culinary schools in that area? (obviously id prefer something near Spokane but if i need to i can travel an hour or 2.

@Ross Mandigo Hi Ross glad you stopped by ChefTalk. So couple questions. Do you have some idea of a school you want to attend in Washington? My first recommendation is if your just starting out to go with a community college. It is much less expensive and you often learn what you need to as long as you supplement your studies with a good restaurant. Would like to hear more details from you. Thanks.
