My name is Caleb. I'm a 21 year old graduate of NWLTC with a certificate in culinary arts. I live in Shreveport, Louisiana and currently am a saute cook at the fine dining restaurant in a local casino. After a year and a half of putting up with constant BS, I put my two weeks in. Those of you who have cooked in one should understand... lol. I'm about to leave for an interview at a local country club and in the process of brushing up my resume, I stumbled upon this gem of a website.
