Anyone have a favorite on-line supplier?

I've used webrestaurantstore.com and katom.com, and ebay of course. What do you folks use?

Also, do any of you go to Restaurant Depot? I often find them 30% less than Sysco and you have the benefit of being able to pick our your own stuff, meat, veggies, fish. Of course, you have to pick up instead of the ease of delivery.

I don't anymore, but when I was running the kitchen at the last place I was at, restaurant depot and farmers markets were a must, and should be for any small kitchen. Depot is much cheaper than Sysco ( who is usually the highest of the purveyors ) and nothing like being able to put your hands on the produce you are buying and picking out the seafood that you want.

For my personal items ie small kitchen tools and the like I use cutleryandmore.com for professional needs JB Prince is a pretty good resource.
