Culinary Experience/Title option

I am confused a bit here. Because it seems some would be missing? I am an Apprentice Chef, I though that option would have been in there.. or Commis?

Every region has its variation in terms and titles, some even formalized in law. The site's setup is by Americans so there is a bias towards Americanized terms. It seems to me (a non pro)  the closest equivalent would be line cook.

commis,  apprentice,  intern   (commis is European (French kitchen) other 2 USA in most cases.
