After culinary school??

After culinary school what is the right path to choose, I've been working prep at red lobster for two months I'm just finishing culinary school and looking for sum advice..

There are multiple paths that a culinary career can take, it depends upon your goals and aspirations. Independent fine dining, corporate, institutional, education, catering, writer, stylist, etc. etc. etc. Where do you see yourself in five years? 10 years?

In 10 years I want my own take out dine in restaurant that caters and I want to have already been to Europe, New York, San Fran etc.. I wanna be known for my good food and unique styles I kno working for a chain restaurant won't help with my creative ness
