Has anyone ever worked in a lazy kitchen?

Hello

Has anyone ever worked in a lazy kitchen before? I am working in one at the moment.  I go in every day and give 100% and the people I work with just don't.  It's really frustrating and I am looking for another job. Earlier on someone left aloud of mess on my section and I know he knew he was doing it because I saw him look at it.

No such thing as a lazy kitchen, just lazy kitchen staff. :)

What's the owner/manager doing about all this laziness and mess making?

Well the chef is lazy not not a lot.  The place isn't managed at all and there is low morale

Have an ask around and see how long those people have been there.  Long time?  Yes, move on.  If not wait it out and see.

Funny  how some kitchens just seem to stagnate and then stay that way forever.
