Hello all,

I am just wondering which one would be better for a small cafe/diner that will only be frying homemade fries, onion rings, funnel cakes, and wings. I know tabletop deep fryers are electric and aren't that pricey, but some take a bit of time to heat up. Then the floor model versions are usually gas and can take a little less time than the electric deep fryers. If anyone has used one or the other and than switched, please let me know, or if you just think one would be better than the other one. As of right now, the price of them doesn't really matter to me because I'm going to try to get a business loan for all the start up costs of my cafe/diner. Thanks all.
