I've earned my degree in February2014, so yes you can say I'm fresh out of culinary. But I'm no stranger to Food Production. I've been working mass production since September 2012, serving between 1500-2500 students daily. I'm a Production Cook, where servings, food cost and following recipes is my focus. Now that I have accomplished so much, where would be a great beginning for me in the food industry, fresh out of Culinary school? Management is my ultimate goal!!
