I'm so happy to be apart of this community with Chefs from all over the globe. I'm a recent graduate from Culinary school. I received my degree February 2014. I love working in mass production because there's so much to learn.[IMG]http://www.cheftalk.com/content/type/61/id/96752/width/200/height/400 I feel like I'm right at home.. Hopefully I will gain knowledge from others to move forward in my career.
