Grilled Salmon for lunch. Even my doctor would approve!!!!

My friends own a Thai restaurant in town, and they are often the guinea pigs in my culinary experiments.  This one was grilled salmon marinated in chermoula.  I marinated the salmon and took it over.  They grilled it for me and set me up with a plate for lunch that had a serving of salmon, some red chicken curry, a fried egg and some veggies.  How's that for a symbiotic relationship!!

Oh thanks Michael, I misunderstood! I thought AZfoodie was on the receiving end of the Thai restaurant's new culinary creations. My bad.
