Hi all so I recently got a job at a bakery, but the place keeps their costs down by using ready mixes!!! And I know that some of the community colleges, including Holland College (HC), have pastry programs that are much cheaper than some of the private pastry schools and I was just wondering about HC's teaching method, if I attend their college will I be a baker who creates or a robot mixing easy mixes??
